Elliot came to our house impressing us with his professionalism, we had no hesitation signing up with Vickery's. All through the process, including the last bit where things became a bit tricky, Elliot was always reassuring and encouraging. Vickery Estate Agents - time wasters

Contacted Vickery Estate Agents to arrange a viewing of a property. After taking all my details the agent was insistent that "due diligence" required him to come to value my property first. Cart before the horse comes to mind and one unhappy prospective buyer! To me it would seem likely that the agents already have a buyer in mind.

They are clueless. No idea of how to value a property, late showing up to appointments, showing up in jeans, not answering the phone, not returning calls when requested on multiple occasions, not doing what they say they'll do. I have no idea why anyone would use them for anything at all. They are simply a waste of time in every single sense.

When I was looking for professionalism,individual attention,value for money, attention to detail, professional photographs of my property and an "all in one" (sales/EPC/Conveyancing) service, then I looked no further than Vickery Estate Agents. They did exactly what was "written on the tin". I couldn't fault them at all. The company is all about service. Phoning me regularly to make sure I was up to date with the progress they were making. I bought, rented and sold my previous home, a flat, and bought my current home, a detached 4-bed house, and have taken numerous advice over the years from Vickery & Co.Firstly, they are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the local property market. That's not surprising because of their high staff retention: Every time I come back to them many of the same folks are there - also indicating a well run, pleasant place for the staff.They were always courteous and professional while at the same time relaxed; exactly what you need for a stressy time in your life.The response times for interactions and queries were superb; at no time in any of the transactions was there any delay from Vickery & Co. The managed service for rental was a major winner for me as I run a business and couldn't be a landlord at the same time. The tenants were delighted with the service and that kept me free to get on with my day job.If you want service then go with an agent that's local with the knowledge and experience. Spare yourself the research time - Vickery's have it in spades.
