GoogleMy relationship with Lillicrap and Chilcott was as a buyer. Janice Richmond who handled the sale was great to deal with. Pro-active, excellent communication skills and thoroughly professional. If I was selling I would look nowhere else.

GoogleWe were very happy with the service we received when buying a house. The agents were knowledgeable and helpful. My only criticism would be that he tried to set an unrealistically short target for exchange

GoogleThank you for selling our house quickly. Our only concern was the constant contact with our solicitor which we did not expect and on at least one occasion commenting on her professionalism.

GoogleVery good service. Proactive in chasing solicitors and others in the chain, with regular feedback to me. Just shows what a proper Estate Agent can do!
