Excellent management and sale of my property

Carter Jonas Winchester handled the rental of our town centre property for several years. They also found a buyer and managed the whole process through to a successful conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending them as really excellent. They know the local market, are highly responsive and always proactive. I completely trusted them in all the fiddly details of property management but also the important strategic issues to do with a smooth and well timed sale.

I wish to praise David and Grace of Carter Jonas Residential Lettings, Micklegate, YORK - quite simply the most professional, courteous, efficient, friendly and hard-working letting agents ever. I have had simply amazing service throughout my time as a landlord using their services. If there was an option for 10 Stars, I would be more than happy to award 10. They found me really great tenants within hours of my rental flat becoming available - all paperwork, contracts, checks were completed fully and in record time, deposit taken, and everything was handled superbly by David and Grace, which gave me great confidence in both them, and my new tenants. Although few problems arose (minor plumbing issues on a couple of occasions within 12 months) their service was immediate in rectifying issues. Simply put - superb! I cannot overstate what a relief it is as a landlord to have such confidence in the abilities, care, and competence of both Grace and David. 10 stars! Highly recommended!

Marlborough Branch are a delightful bunch :)

I have to say that I have had no cause for concern or regret with the Company Branch in Marlborough. They fast-tracked my application allowing me to relocate for a new job without any hassles whatsoever.The Ladies in the Lettings dept are impeccably kind and knowledgeable , arranging viewings and correspondence efficiently. I have found no cause for concern. Of course there are always a few 'teething' issues on moving into a property but nothing that cannot be fixed with a little common sense and a few tools :) I'm saddened to read the other reviews about Carter Jonas and can only hope they are Branch based and not a view of the Company as a whole.
