GoogleWe had the pleasure working with Hannah and Ryan while searching for a home to let. While we ended up going with another home that was more suited for our family, both Hannah and Ryan were exceptionally professional and we can highly recommend them if you are searching for a home. Update 2021. Shortly after writing this review, the property we were trying to secure with another company with fell through and we contacted Hannah at Cooke Curtis and Co. She was amazing from start to finish and got us settled in a home in Trumpington. Throughout the year we had the pleasure of working with most of the letting staff at Cooke Curtis and co and every time we had an issue, they quickly resolved it for us. We recently moved out of the UK and they were very flexible and accommodating given our moves complexity. I can't recommend them enough. Excellent lettings company!

TrustpilotWe been using services of this company…
We been using services of this company for selling our house. It was new experience for me and my husband and therefore we needed lots of guidance and advice. All these were provided by their team and even more than we expected. They organised all viewings at the times when we been absent from property and been giving regular feedbacks from their clients - prospective buyers.Their advertising attracted lots of viewers, which show how good they are in presenting property's strong points. As a result we found buyers in few weeks. We really appreciate their efforts, especially after dealing with other agencies while looking for new home. Some agents don't even bother to turn up for viewings or made us to chase them down for days and days not answering our calls and messages. Thanks again to all staff of Cooke Curtis & co for all their efforts and professionalism. Olga and Derek Pickard

FacebookSteve and his team (every one of them) really made the sale of our house as easy as it could possibly have been. For us they really hit the right balance, profecional yet friendly, confident in their valuation and approach. No one was "pushy", gave us time and freedom on how/when to proceed. Communication is excellent with them. We have already recommended them to a friend selling a property in Bar Hill. We wish you all at CC&Co. the best and would certainly choose them again for any future properties we may sell.
