They offer sound advice and have their fingers on the pulse, so seem like they are one step ahead all the time. I bought, and 5 years later sold a property with Your Move Pereira. GoogleI will not be looking for a rental with YourMove again. I have had to give my notice in for my property where I live in order to get a landlord reference. The landlord backed out last minute, the second property, I had to call numerous times in order to find out the property might not even be on the market any longer. My property has now been taken by another future tenant.
I had a viewing today and have dragged my sister all the way from West London who has cancer to view it with me. Once I have arrived at the property I was told that the landlord no longer wants it on the market and the price has been increased.
You have really messed me about and put me in a situation where I may be potentially homeless.
I will definitely not recommend YourMove to anyone as you have put me in a vulnerable situation, only to benefit you.
They will tell you they will ‘call you right back’ and will never call you back. No matter how many times you call an agent, their colleagues will cover for them and say they’re not in the office for the day and not long after they will answer the phone themselves.
They will never respond to your emails either.
Don’t waste your time, effort and money with this agency.
Would love to give 0 stars.
I bet no one from YourMove will respond to this.

Jo's enthusiasm for our house probably exceeded even our own and was transferred to those who saw the property as we had a steady stream of potential buyers and sold very quickly (especially for December). We received straightforward, clear answers to our questions and were kept well informed during the process. Paying only 1.25 % instead of the usual 1.5% was an added bonus. A pleasure to deal with Jo and Colin throughout. Thoroughly recommended.
