Good morning Mr West Thank you for the 1 star rating, however you did not leave an actual review to say why you felt we deserved such a rating? We have checked our system and have no record of any enquiry from yourself and we would very much welcome the opportunity to discuss the experience you felt you had and see how we may be able to improve on this. Would it therefore be possible to contact our Trowbridge branch so that we can discuss this further? Kind regards, Davies & Davies
