GoogleBeware : As sellers we had high hopes from the Trowbridge branch but we had a very poor experience and felt badly let down by them on the sale of our property. Our sale fell through right on exchange. We’d been wary of the prospective buyers from day one but had been given reassurances by Davies and Davies and we put our trust in the agent. How wrong we were to do this. They failed to keep on top of the transaction and in the end we ended up hundreds of pounds out of pocket in legal fees. When they began remarketing our property they started arguing with us and viewers alike over their commission even before any offers had been made as we had a second agent. Viewers then started making us aware about how unhelpful and indeed rude they had been which sealed their fate. Luckily, we ended up selling through the other agent. As a prospective buyer they also promised to keep me updated on properties coming to the market but again they haven’t done this. So my advice is avoid them. I certainly will be.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe've always had a positive experience as renters using Davies & Davies. Home inspections are always carried out with a lot of advanced notice and they've listened to any issues we've raised. I wish the company we use to manage our home was as good as these, but that's a different review for a different time! All round, a really positive experience.
