A friend of ours mentioned they’d sold and bought a home using Estate Agents Sterling’s in Tring. Selling your home is so emotional - it’s not just bricks and mortar. It’s YOUR HOME . We can’t believe how lucky we are to have found - A TRUSTED, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE Estate Agent with a BRILLIANT team. They understood and REALLY listened to our requirements. I love where we live - we’re moving home to be closer to our daughters’ & their families. We’re a little bit biased but we think Rosie at Sterling is soooo good at her job - she’s funny, articulate, on time and passionate about her work - seriously passionate!! Think she could of sold our house back to us she’s that good. We received feedback, post viewings, in super quick time. Its been great to know we’re in trusted hands. Having now viewed several properties locally (with a variety of agencies) I can say with certainty WE PICKED THE BEST ONE …imo. Huge thank you to Ben, Phil and ALL the team so far so …..amazing:)

Sterling in Tring dealt with my sale and purchase as i downsized after 30 plus years. That's a big deal at any time but with coronavirus shutting all charity shops and businesses down it proved extra tricky. Almost as soon as offers were accepted the pandemic struck but throughout that period Phil kept in regular touch with me and kept the deal 'alive' which i really appreciated. As things progressed John took over contact and was great. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him and he kept a cool head when the pressure built up around exchange and completion.
