GoogleVery happy with the friendly and understanding relationship I had with the team at Michael Anthony, at a time when needing a home under difficult circumstances and having be treated like just another punter elsewhere they made me feel like a real person in need of the right home and not just another commission. I would be more then happy to recommend these guys if you are looking for somewhere to live in Tring and the surrounding area. In particular I'd like to mention Lauren who was very patient with me throughout and while I found my feet.

GoogleThe team at Michael Anthony gave an absolutely First Class Service in helping to find my student daughter and her boyfriend a flat in central Tring. After being disappointed by the lack-lustre and even dismissive attitude of a number of other local estate agents, I found that the Michael Anthony team could not have been more different - they were thorough, professional, super-friendly, not once judgemental of my daughter's young age and incredibly helpful and supportive at every step of the process. All of my queries or concerns were answered promptly and with patience and Katie in particular was an absolute star! Thank you!

Sam Payne's local knowledge was important in setting an achievable sales price, and quickly listing the property in an attractive and comprehensive manner. I would particularly like to commend Georgia Royal, who was excellent in keeping the information flowing between parties. I was immediately updated with developments, and communications were always friendly and professional.

Right from the start, the attention to detail and communication were fantastic. I had viewings lined up before the house was advertised, 2 offers and house sold within 2 weeks! Even though there were challenges with my onward purchase, Henry stepped up to the plate with again , fantastic communication and a display of expert negotiation skills! A great experience!

I turned to Michael Anthony in Milton Keynes after a very poor experience with another estate agent (that involved the sale falling through three times!) and the service could not have been more impressive. Henry Swindlehurst handled the sale and was extremely supportive, tenacious and resilient throughout the process (he was particularly understanding of the circumstances since this was a probate sale after the sudden and unexpected death of my partner).
