We engaged Jameson and Partners having been very impressed from the first meeting. Jen Jameson, Managing Director, came out to meet us personally and talked us through what to expect in a direct way; this was very much appreciated. Jen and her team worked hard to secure a number of viewings on the property and kept us updated on progress, finally securing a couple of acceptable offers. I found Jameson and Partners to be very supportive throughout what was a stressful process. Other parties in my sale/purchase chain were difficult to work with and some of the professionals were non-communicative, often requiring numerous attempts to prompt action. Jen and her team really pushed to ensure that the sale went through, joining up the requirements of the various parties, and were instrumental in reaching a mutually agreed completion date. I would highly recommend Jameson and Partners if you are looking to sell your property and want a diligent and supportive agent.

I contacted Jen (Managing Director) at Jameson’s as my property had been on the market for a couple of months with very little interest. Jen came to my home to view and offered some very helpful hints and tips and professional advice. Jen’s enthusiasm for the housing market and her professionalism shone through from that initial meeting. We therefore decided to change Estate Agents. We never regretted our decision. Jen secured us a sale within one month of marketing. Jen and her team (Arthur and Rachel) continued with the professional service, often going above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. Often making contact after working hours to ensure any offers made were communicated and that the sale continued as smooth as possible. Once the offer was accepted the team at Jameson’s acted as a very proactive conduit between both solicitors and ourselves to bring the sale to a successful completion. Our sale completed prior to our next home being ready, Jen therefore found us a home to rent and again managed it all for us. Nothing is an issue for the staff at Jameson’s, the telephone is always answered with a smile and all the staff there are very responsive to any questions raised. In my opinion, Jen runs an estate agency which is head and shoulders above the local competition. The service was worth every penny, and actually enjoyable.

We viewed a property listed by Jameson and Partners. Jennifer showed us around the property herself and after a lot of negative experiences with other agents I was impressed by her efforts to help us approach the landlord with questions and her prompt responses. Jennifer was clearly very committed to helping us and appeared to have a good relationship with the landlord. Unfortunately the property we viewed just wasn't the right one for our family. Had it been I wouldn't have hesitated to put in an application.

Jen and the team were brilliant from the start. We invited 4 other local estate agents round to value our property and Jen stood out to us. She was the only one who "got us" and gave what we thought was truthful and realistic advice. She was presentable, on time, and very personable. Other agents either undervalued our property or overvalued our property, some by up to £40k and gave us advice that included covering up visible faults. Jen's valuation was bang in the middle which was what we wanted. We wanted to put our house on at a realistic tempting price, not appearing too opportunistic by going for more or out for a quick sale or creating a bidding war by going for less! Instead Jen gave us exactly what we were looking for, decent advice on how to present our house and hooked us up with a decent handyman to sort out potential snagging flaws which we really appreciated. Once we decided to go with Jen, she picked the best day for the photos and managed to get the house onto rightmove by the end of the day! This meant we could go ahead with viewings on the weekend 2 days later, and we were delighted to accept an offer on the house 2 days after that. What a fast mover! We were so impressed, having not gone through the marketing/sale of a house before that it could be that easy. The photos she took really helped get people through the door, they were a really great quality. We accepted a great offer on our house that we were very impressed with. It came with a target move date within 6 weeks from the buyer, which we aimed for. With Jen on the case, we had to do very little other than pack up to go! Jen did a great job chasing our solicitor and the buyers' to ensure that we would be completing on time. Often it was Jen that would be providing me with the most up to date information rather than my solicitor. She was really on top of everything which just made the whole process so easy and painfree for us. I couldn't recommend her more, selling our house couldn't have been easier thanks to all her help.

I have had experience in both letting and selling with Jameson and Partners, and cannot recommend them enough. Jen, Nat, Sam and Anna all showed exceptional levels of professionalism throughout, whilst remaining friendly and approachable. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Firstly, the service they provide is exceptional. From a lettings perspective, they were able to find me a selection of tenants very quickly - and were able to guide me through the process of letting my property out, even when I had to relocate away from the area. They dealt with all of the tenants' needs promptly, and I felt as though I was kept informed at all points, which I greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond to advise me on various points, and to answer all of my questions. From a sales perspective, the sale of my property was not simple (for reasons outside of J&P's control). I was seriously impressed by their commitment to the sale, and that even after the sale was secured, the level of service did not in any way drop off. Jameson and Partners were indefatigable in their chasing of solicitors, etc to help the sale to complete.
