This year we decided to sell the family business premises in Altrincham. The Grade 2 listed building that used to be the home of County Galleries was put on with a commercial agent, and We had no luck in selling the building. We talked to Jennifer from Jennifer Jamesons Estate Agents, and we were imediately impressed with her professional manner and incredible enthusiasm. Her refreshing honesty and integrity set her apart from all the other people we had talked to. As a potential buyer, I paid the deposit for the 16 week Exclusivity Agreement and Jennifer & Natalie were very professional in not showing the property to other enquirers during this time. We could not recommend their service more highly, we would not think twice about using Jameson to buy or sell again in the future (although considering how delighted we are in our home, we hope that won't be for a long time!). From start to finish, Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to make the process stress-free and informative. Jennifer has a deep knowledge of both the local area and architecture in general, which was extremely helpful. They offered to let in tradespeople when needed, granted access multiple times for viewings and measuring, and even helped us move some furniture when we needed an extra pair of hands. Their communication was faultless, with responses within minutes. We really can't thank or rate Jameson's more highly.
