Initially I had a poor experience with a couple of the property managers, but then Sam caught wind of it and I have to say that his customer service has been excellent. He was clearly genuinely disappointed that a couple of staff let the team down, and personally took over, carefully and efficiently got the situation sorted and followed up to make sure I was happy with the final outcome. I would highly recommend Sam from Royal Mint Properties.

I rented my current house through Royal Mint, and they were soooo supportive and understanding. There was some moment I lost my temper because the heater was broken while it was crazy cold, the guy was chill and patient and heard me out. After a few months with Royal Mint Properties as our landlords property manager I feel now is a good time to leave a more detailed review. The initial transition to the new home was smooth. Sam is friendly, listens to tenants concerns and responds promptly, including on weekends. This alone already makes them miles better than most other property managers in London. But Sam has also shown he is willing to go above and beyond for tenants; examples include (but are not limited to): Hiring a private company to empty our bins when the council refused to for no good reason. Standing up for his tenants and their ideas when the landlord goes a bit rogue trying to fix wifi issues. Changing cleaners to an excellent new one when tenants feel they are not doing a good enough clean (though this happened just before I arrived). All around, decent.PositiveResponsiveness

Writing a review now we’ve spent a while with Royal Mint Properties as our landlord's property manager. From beginning to end they have been great and couldn’t recommend enough. Any issues there have been with the property from local council dilemmas to general maintenance are dealt with very quickly no matter the time or day. The initial move into our room was very quick and smooth. Sam was very friendly at the initial viewing and from there it was smooth sailing to the move in date. Since the initial move it’s clear that they are there for you as he replies quickly to any messages. Thank you for all your help Sam :)

I greatly appreciate the staff at this company for their dedication and effort in addressing issues for tenants. On one occasion, they personally delivered a mattress to me due to delays caused by the delivery company. Additionally, I was very impressed by how they handled an unexpected situation: when the previous tenant returned the house two days late, the agency compensated me for the inconvenience and even offered to cover the cost of staying at any hotel of my choice during those two days. This level of care and professionalism made me feel extremely satisfied with renting from them.

Terrible experience as students. The flat was handed over dirty, with leaks, no proper heating and didn't even have a working shower. Only the bare minimum ever fixed yet they acted as if they've gone above and beyond. On top of that, they've unfairly kept part of our deposit. Avoid if you want honesty and decent living conditions !!
