GoogleHave been living in our newly renovated rental property for almost a month now. The furniture and facilities are excellent and the property was clean on arrival. The PSM team were very easy to deal with and have been highly responsive to any of our queries so far.

very bad customer service, agents tht focus more on trying their best NOT to send repairman/handyman to you and lengthens any process of trying to fix issues in our house tht was included in the contract (eg. mould). took whole security deposits by threatening to kick tenants immediately, sarcastic remarks and hurtful tone of communication with sadik, will never recommend. takes advantage of people who have trouble with communicating clearly, disrespectful!!

Shah and Sid are very enthusiastic and their approach is always transparent & honest. It has been a delight working with them. GoogleThese guys are amazing and so helpful. Moving house is always stressful but they helped make the process much smoother and easier. PSM are quick in responding if you have any queries or problems and even rushed round to the flat to let me back in after I managed to lock myself out! Very difficult to deal with. Every time something breaks because is extremely old or it was already broken it’s a big issue. Specially Sadik he is rude and sarcastic. They don’t take responsibility. Takes a month or two to get the handyman to come. They ask for understanding but they never understand how frustrating this is for all of us. I won’t recommend.
You are not or have ever been a tenant of ours. We shall be reporting you for slander. it is really sad that our competitors resort to posting fake reviews.

Very easy to contact and made moving in seamless. As a serial renter I have had my fair share of good and bad experiences and this ranks up there with the good ones. They were available throughout the day and worked around my schedule for viewings, even the contracts were simple and explained thoroughly. Been here a few months now and so far so good, love my new place.
