Brigette from Renewals negotiated very smoothly with the tenant and we did agree a new rent acceptable to both parties. Knight Frank carry out the whole lease renewal process very professionally and make it a pleasant experience for the landlord.

Knight Frank property managers initially Tom Rolka and currently, Henry Nwokejiobi have been always very quick to respond to queries and needs. Recently, when he had faced issue with the kitchen hob, Henry responded quickly on it and arranged for contractors - which is really appreciative. He has been always available over call and did do a great job in managing the property. if I could give a 0 here I would! I have contacted Somerset office every day now for the last week with regard to second viewing at property in Ilminster. Sadly no-one has responded to emails or phone calls and voicemails left over a week now. Was advised by Millie that two Rebecca's have now "left" the local office, and Luke (who is advertised as the agent handling the property) is no longer handling matters. Then advised that an agent called Simon would call (last Wed) to follow up but as yet (now Saturday) still no call. I feel sorry for the owners of Seamills in Illminster who must be feeling somewhat bereft by now.

She and her colleague Omar Villaverde followed up efficiently. I moved in on Thursday 28th March. Catrin Baker managed the inventory stage meticulously. After I moved in there were a couple of problems, which she addressed immediately. I can definitely see the value in renting via a well-known firm such as Knight Frank, rather than dealing directly with a private landlord.
