GoogleDo not trust these guys. I lived in a flat and all was fine until I wanted to end my tenancy. The "costs of damage" was extortionate with no evidence of what the flat was like prior to us leaving. Then they "accidentally" refunded my deposit to the wrong bank account and ive never got it back - they didn't care or try to rectify the situation.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
