Param Virdee is an excellent staffs in John&Co. Param works very efficiently and effectively to solve the problems that relieves our burden and worry very much as we are the overseas landlord. Param also has very good communication skills and acts as a comfortable connection between us and the tenants.

Jose Pereira was amazingly helpful in sorting out issues we have had with our property ever since we moved in. He is very diligent in his work and higly committed to providing the best service as a property manager, focusing hours of his time to ensure our problems are given proper consideration and that they are resolved as soon as possible. While Jose surely deserves 5 stars for his great work as a property manager, our experience with the previous property manager from the Agency was less than ideal. Before engaging with Jose and seeing his commitment to helping us, our rating would have definitely be different, but our perception of Johns&Co considerably improved due to his efforts.

Jose Pereira has been a life saver so far. We’ve had many property managers before him who spent months trying to resolve the many issues in the apartment. Jose’s dedication and hard work fixed them in a few weeks. There’s still some lingering issues which Jose is supporting on. He’s very understanding and provides the best support. Would’ve given 5 stars if it were for Jose only, cause he’s been truly amazing - but removing 1 star because of the many horrible and unprofessional property managers we’ve had before him.

I just moved to a new flat in the same building and was a bit nervous about having Johns and Co. as an intermediary as I have had very mixed experiences in the past. However, from day 1, our property manager, Bryony B. has been a super star and been looking after us and trying to make our move as smooth as possible. There have been various items that we have encountered that need support with, and therefore multiple emails, and Bryony has been very professional and quite efficient - something you don’t seem too much these days.

I’ve been hunting for a flat for a long time with some very specific criteria in mind due to family planning etc. Many other agents were just trying to sell me on their current flats without much consideration for my specific needs. Sebastian from Johns & Co has been one of the very few agents in London I’ve met who did not try to opportunistically close me, but who really took the time to understand my needs and who then proactively reached out when a suitable flat landed on the market at my desired budget. Once I’ve made my decision we had to move fast given the end of my current lease, and Leigh from the team immediately jumped in guiding me through the entire process and was super responsive, clarifying any concerns that came up on my end. This was one of the smoothest and most honest interactions I’ve had with a real estate agency in London to date, who seems to genuinely care not just about the landlords they represent but also tenants.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Olivia, my property manager! She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is set up hassle free once I moved. Olivia is incredibly responsive, professional and genuinely cares that everything gets sorted. My experience renting a flat from Johns&Co was the worst I have had in London. The lettings agents are friendly and helpful as you'd expect, but as soon as you sign the paperwork and get passed on to property management you're on your own. From the bathroom mirror falling off the wall and requiring six months of constant chasing to get replaced (after them trying to place the blame on us), to three weeks of chasing to get the agreed deposit amount returned, which was supposed to be returned within 5 working days, it was a nightmare.
