GoogleFoxtons is a great and fancy agency only up until you pay them their fee for doing absolutely nothing. I had the bad experience to rent a flat through them and every time i had an issue the only thing the said was to contact my landlord. And the best part of the story is that when i moved out of the flat the landlord did not returned the deposit back and they done absolutely nothing. Very very bad and expensive experience. I highly do not recommend. Honestly this was the worst agency i ever used. Amongst other awards you certainly win the one for rip people off for doing nothing.

GoogleTried to buy a property through them and the result was very disappointing which resulted in 1500 GBP loss for us. They promised too many things to the vendor which they could not achieve in terms of searching another property for him and finally he pulled out when our solicitor prepared already the exchange. Also they lied about the service charge amount, the flat was advertised with 2500 GBP service charge but when we got the docs from the solicitor it was 5200 GBP. Besides the fact that the agent was constantly late.

GoogleI have dealt with Foxtons twice in last 6 months and both times it has been a fantastic experience. We were assisted by Zarina Belic and she is an absolute delight to work with. So much so, that during our second apartment hunting, I directly reached out specifically to her. She was not only able understand our needs and priorities precisely but also had a keen interest in making sure that we get the very best deal. I would thoroughly recommend her for your apartment hunting experience. Overall Foxtons have been great with their services, processes and hassle free experience. A big thanks for making it easy for first timers!

GoogleWe have just secured a rental through Foxtons and I must say that I was offered a great service. Everyone was very professional, the communication was spotless and the whole process was extremely smooth. They helped us negociate terms with the landlord and managed to finalise the whole process in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend this agency.

GoogleStarted our search for properties and Michelle from Foxtons gave us a wonderful insight on how to go about buying a property. She is our estate agent and found a property that fit our conditions in less than 2 weeks. Wonderfully professional and extremely helpful. Go Foxtons!!! Update- Sale completed on time and we had a few issues with the house and Michelle stepped up again to investigate and solve each and every one of them.

GoogleThe service has been phenomenal! I get up to date information from Michelle and the personal touch makes the experience of buying a house less daunting than initially anticipated. You also get access to partner orginanizations that offer variety of services ranging from Solicitors to Brokers and all you have to do is view and make an offer. I will recommend Foxtons to those looking to have a great experience whilst trying to purchase a home.

Billy Brooks in particular was essential and so helpful, using his knowledge of the industry and passion to secure our purchase just in time for the stamp duty holiday.
