I rented through Dexters for almost three years with Leanne Clarke as my property manager, and I can't recommend her enough. She was always quick to reply to all my emails and helped with all issues I had with the property - whether it was replacing an old appliance, fixing a broken fence or sending over an engineer to look at a fault. I can't think of one example of something going wrong with the place I was renting that didn't get resolved quickly and to my satisfaction! So basically if you want to feel you have someone 'on your side' when you're renting a property, you're in the best hands with Leanne! :)

I recently purchased a flat through Dexters and was pleased with the service given. Adam handled my purchase. He showed great flexibility with regards to viewings (e.g. well demonstrated when he was willing to go well over our allocated appointment time one evening when I was waiting on a family member to arrive for a viewing). I was lucky enough to be contacted by Jamie about a property I'm since purchasing. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was very informative about the flat in question when viewing it. He was very quick to reply to texts and emails. When I put in the offer and was handed over to Jason, again the service was exemplary and the explanation of what was needed as a first time buyer was very helpful. I've spent a lot of time speaking with estate agents in the last few months, and have some horror stories of my own, but working with these two and with Dexters in Wapping has made me realise that buying a house can be a calm and pain free process. Dexters will not care about you

We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

Lied and mislead

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.
