Where do I start?

Working with Kiera and the team at the Property Management department has been extremely smooth, The fast response and accurate measures taken by Kiera has helped us swiftly run alongside both Kiera and the team, The professionalism provided by Kiera is outstanding; as they say experience is key and thats what Kiera provides on every contact ! Thank god for Natasha - can get stuff sorted

Despite many challenging situations with Dexters staff (including the out of hours helpline who were not helpful when my boiler broke during winter) and other such instances - Natasha and Saad in the Great Eastern Street branch have been the saving grace for Dexters. Since taking over, Natasha has been extremely professional, mediated resolutions that are fair between tenant and landlord and been responsive to significant issues in the flat (through no fault of anyone’s). If only Dexters had more people like Natasha.. I think tenants would enjoy their experience! Suggestion - get Natasha to lead and train all property management staff to represent tenants and landlord like she has with my situation! very impressed with Saad - he has a very good manner and etiquette in speaking to people and good customer service and strong understanding of managing issues, timelines and remediation. Again, Saad should continue to be front facing and train other colleagues.

My experience with Dexters has been pleasant. Ever S nice Jada had taken over the management responsibilities of my property, all issues were being addressed with utmost care and promptly. She is on the ground the moment we raise an issue or concern in relation to property. She has taken the effort to personally visit and inspect the issue and bring it to a resolution in no matter of time. Jadasa was a tremendous, conscientious, and thorough resource for my wife and I as we settled into our flat managed by Dexters. The property was not in an ideal condition after the prior tenants' departure and required a lot of attention to bring things up to par. Jadasa masterfully managed the process, tactfully engaging both the owners and contractors to complete the various tasks in the most time efficient manner possible. Moving is always a gut wrenching experience but Jadasa helped ease many of the difficulties we encountered along the way. I am Daorsa Aliu and have just recently let one apartment. My agent was Nyshaea Solomon and she made the whole experience amazing and was the main reason that I decided to let the apartment. Her communication skills, level of professionalism, always being in touch with every question that I had made me very happy and calm for the whole process of renting out the apartment. She even was able to help me out even during outside of working hours up until late at night. My family and I have several properties rented out by Dexters for a number of years now. I also have properties with different management agents and can honestly say they have been one of the best. Dexters - Chris McCandlish - Outstanding Property Manager

We live in Australia and Dexters have been our managing agents since 1999. Our principal contact in the firm changed to Chris McCandlish, the Head of Property Management and I have nothing but praise for his work on our behalf. So much so in fact that, only half jokingly, I told him that if he ever fancied a move 'down under', I'd definitely employ him. He's frank in his advice, active in finding the right solutions for you and rigorous in execution. Given the distance between us and the limitations imposed by the time difference, communication is all important. Chris has again set a very high bar, he's even called me a couple of times when its either been very early or very late in the UK. In summary, I can't recall a better property manager that I've dealt with, here or in the UK, in over 24 years. Chris is outstanding and I unreservedly recommend his services. If he ever left Dexter's I'd go with him.

My experience with Dexters has been great. Since I moved in to a property, whenever I have a maintenance issue, Donalina Gargrupe/Property Manager is absolutely lovely and helpful. Most recently I had a boiler issue and Dona has been very helpful and diligent, since she got my first e-mail reporting the issue. She e-mailed and called me many times to keep me updated and kept in contact with the vendor until it was all sorted. So, a BIG thank you!

Christian Pengelly is the best ever

I am dealing with Dexters for 5 years now, and I was not happy with them like I am now because Christian Pengelly is the head of property management. He is the best property manager I have ever dealt with. He is keen to solve every problem/ concern in the quickest time he can. He even sends the required emails during the call which I explain the problem in it. If I have the choice, Christian is the manager who I hope deal with him always, not anyone else.

Can't thank Myra enough...

I have had a great experience with Dexters as my property management company, but I want to give a special mention to my property management consultant, Myra Mettam. I have been letting my property for nearly 5 years, and Myra has been my continued support during the time at my flat. Myra is fast acting, efficient, empathetic and a total delight to liaise with. Every time I have had an issue at my property (and there have been many as it is an old building: faulty boiler, blocked toilet, shower not working etc). Myra has been on hand to find a very quick solution, she really is a magic maker and I couldn't ask for more from her. Myra also often exceeds my expectations with her quick turnaround times and she is an excellent communicator. The Dexter's leadership team should feel very lucky to have her!

Natasha and her team contributed to a positive experience

Overall positive experience of using Dexters. Natasha and her team have been very good in managing the property.I have deducted 1-star due to inconsistencies between letting teams - One office forced us (renters) to pay 1 months worth of early-termination fees on the contract despite the rent going up considerably. I understand this is well within their rights but with another office I (Landlord) was told that Dexters would waive the fees for my outgoing tenant who was leaving with 1 month left on the contract so felt slightly cheated!

Repair of Side Gate

During the repair process of a side gate, Idis Plaatjies at Dexter was very helpful in calling me to keeping me update throughout the whole process from start to finish. Danilo - 5 stars for you!

The performance of any company is defined by the performance of their employees. I didn't have great experience with Dexters to be honest initially. But since Danilo has become the property manager, everything is super smooth. Danilo is extremely professional, polite and considerate towards tenant's needs. So prompt in responding to emails and not missing any point. His communications skills are great plus he is easily approchable. He makes sure that your issues/questions are resolved and follows up on it. He is honestly the best broker I have ever dealt with. Dexters need to re-examine their staff and need to hire more leads like Danilo in order to stand out in the market. Excellency at the peak, thank you!
