GoogleFrankly disappointing. Awful at replying to complaints. Left with a broken toilet for over a week whereby nobody could use it.
Staff are passive aggressive and lack understanding of basic customer service.
They do not communicate with tenants, and astonishingly ALWAYS fail to provide 24 hours notice.
Extremely unhappy with their services, therefore I would not recommend this agency.

Agent could have called me ahead of time but instead they waiting until I had travelled across London to be told. If this is how they run their business they should be embarrassed.

Specially you have been a long term tenant with us and our records does not show any unpleasant communication with yourself.
To get the facts right for other people who reads this review Daniel was given a section 21 with 2 month notice, at this point Daniel left the property one month before the expiry of his notice.
Legally Daniel will be responsible for his rent up to the end of his notice period. We had communication from Citizen Advice Bureau stating Daniel is facing financial difficulties so they asked us if we can use his deposit to cover the last month rent though it is not his right and against our policy we accepted this as a good will gesture and we have not asked him for any further payments therefore we do not see the reason for such review if the resolution was proposed by the tenant and his representative.
