Awful agency with zero regard for tenants privacy, rights, or common courtesy. Extremely negative experience with them. Avoid at all costs. I would never consider them to purchase a house after their complete disregard for customer service to tenants.

Very bad experience with this agency. They promise the moon, but once you've signed with them is it the complete opposite, and they'll simply ignore you when you need them.

Don’t go with Chestertons or you’ll regret it. 4 renegotiations, to be told a week before I move for work purposes it’s not worked out. Horrible service, pressure sales, texts at 1am. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

GoogleWe had such an amazing experience with Danielle! We were on a bit of a tight deadline and after a few conversations Danielle had a fantastic idea of what we were looking for. She arranged multiple viewings around our busy schedule - each time meeting us (early) with keys and ready to go. Her knowledge of the area and what type of offerings to expect as well as planned construction were incredibly helpful. When it came down to making an offer - there were two properties and Danielle walked us through the negotiation process as well as setting extra expectations around what was reasonable vs negotiable. She did such a great job (we were on holiday for the finalisation) pairing us with the right property for us, was very contactable and an immense help throughout the entire process (which she wrapped up for us in under 2 weeks!!). A huge thank you to both Chestertons Canary Wharf and Danielle Lisbon!
