We used Chestertons CW to sell our apartment and they did a fantastic job from day one. The experience was remarkably different to other local agents in our experience. Michael was excellent communicator and did an appropriate valuation for our property. Following that most of our exchanges were with Ana Starling who was brilliant with her sales skills and managed to get us a buyer from the first viewing. She had managed communications well with the buyer or solicitors, as and when we needed. Also, advised us throughout the process as we requested. Overall very happy with the team and glad we close them.

Incompetence throughout. We were pushed into signing and moving in within a few days, we were told lies about issues with the contract when raised. They left furniture in the flat when we moved which they didn't bother to remove for a week afterwards. One of our keys doesn't work and they've failed to replace it. We have an ongoing maintenance issue which has been going on for over a month with no end in sight as they want to pursue baseless accusations, leading to a working relationship were we are unlikely to report issues in future due to their utter lack of competence.

I have rented my flat out with Chestertons/James Pendleton for a number of years. Their property manager Sam is outstanding and has made renting the flat out very straightforward. He is brilliant at managing problems or sorting things out if they go wrong at the property - always very quick to respond and works hard to ensure that I pay a reasonable but not extortionate amount for products and services if required.The wider lettings team are usually very responsive and quick to sort out marketing material, contracts etc when there is a change in tenants.
