TrustpilotIn praise of Howkins and Harrison estate agents inTowcester.
Enthusiasm, positivity, charm, honesty, and good knowledge of the local market ensured that Howkins and Harrison were given the chance to sell our old Edwardian house in Greens Norton. 6 days later the house was sold STC. We were amazed at this wonderful teamwork and the service we received from Martin Karen and Holly. The process went smoothly with a few issues cropping up which were diplomatically dealt with and we were able to complete before the stamp duty deadline. We are extremely grateful. Wonderful service, wonderful estate agents. From Jane and Dick Shuker.
Thank you!

TrustpilotProfessional and extremely competent
As a landlord for many years I deal with many agents when selling and buying property and I can honestly say that my recent experience with H & H has been one of the most stress free and enjoyable one ever. The team there are fantastic and very professional and they never dropped the ball once. In a market which has been crazy over the last year they must be rushed off their feet but they still managed to make the transaction smooth and trouble free. I particularly liked their proactive approach and special mention must go to Julian who was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am looking forward to working with them again soon.
Thankyou!

TrustpilotWhy I chose Howkins and Harrison
Both Javed and Evie guided me on how I needed to prepare the property in order to secure a fair rent and a good tenant. During the cleaning and refurbishment stage, Javed and Evie showed prospective tenants the property and advised them on what the finished property would be like. The whole process of selecting Howkins and Harrison was painless with the team being proactive from the beginning and continued to communicate and update me throughout the marketing process. At no point did I have to chase anyone. The property is now rented out with no issues so far!
Thank you for your kind review - you have made Javed & Evie's day.
