We have just sold our house with Howkins & Harrison and could not fault their professional approach to all the aspects of the selling procedure.We received a realistic valuation, and the photography was excellent, which looked great online.We obtained numerous viewings and offers due to this great marketing by Howkins & Harrison.Albeit the first sale fell through, we received continued excellent assistance from all the team and we really felt that they cared about selling your property for you. We have have engaged Howkins & Harrison for a number of years assisting in the marketing and re-letting of our property. More recently they assisted us in selling our property during turbulent & uncertain times in the housing market due to increasing mortgage interests rates. We had lived in the house we sold for 54 years, having bought it through Howkins & Harrison in 1968. I had no thought other than asking them again to help sell the house. They did not disappoint and have kept up the superb standards of years ago. The whole team worked very hard through ups and downs to get the job done. They were always helpful and I am very grateful to them. I recommend them highly.

These Estate Agents are completely on the ball, very proactive, they get things done, communication is excellent. Been corresponding with them on a current sale file I am acting on (they are the estate agent for a seller further in the chain), its been a complicated one but Deborah in particular has gone above and beyond trying to get this to happen but due to no fault of the Estate Agent, and more down to the buyers lawyer it has taken some time.
