GoogleHowkins and Harrison are a breath of fresh air. We are in the process of buying through their Towcester branch and so far the communication, pragmatic advice and guidance and the general support on offer has been second to none. The whole team have been great although we've worked mainly with Karen, who has without doubt gone above and beyond with communication, following up third parties, and keeping the process moving as quickly as possible. If you are looking to buy or sell, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howkins and Harrison.

GoogleWe instructed Karen Bishop and her colleagues to market a family home in Gayton in October, 2023. This was not a time at which sales could be achieved easily. An excellent brochure was prepared and some interest was generated, with early viewings. We were pleased the team was able to take forward one of these to a successful sale. Though they were not able to achieve the price originally indicated, I felt we had good quality discussions on our options and we able to agree our approach jointly, in order to achieve this sale. In summary, a professional, effective and always friendly service, thank you.

We live abroad, and this was the only estate agent that was willing to visit the property with us on FaceTime and show us around real time - virtually. This gives so much more information than the videos or 360 online tours, and saved us flights and time. We were able to put offers in subject to viewing, and then we visited once a price was agreed to confirm & see the house in person. We are really grateful to them, for being flexible, accommodating, - and 'moving with the times - and the 2024 digital age!'

Yesterday I noticed a leaking radiator after the boiler indicated low pressure. Emailed Alex Eldred as previously was informed he is the property manager. Not even 3 hours passed after flagging this issue up to Alex via email, I received an email back and a call from the plumber who attended the residence and replaced the faulty radiator. It has been incredibly easy to contact and stay in touch with Alex through out the whole process and he checked back at evey step to ensure issue is sorted promptly and efficiently. He has been incredibly helpful, prompt and efficient. Communication was kept at a very high standard. The best customer service received from an estate agency - Howkins&Harrison truly are the best at what they do!

GoogleI Used them to sell a property which did very quickly. Communication was great keeping me up to date with progress. It didn't matter who you delt with in the office they were all very efficient and if they did not know an enquiry someone would soon be in contact with the information. Great team and great service.
