i have not written recommendations beforehand but then it is rare to get the service and help i have received from mr drew stewart...not only today but over the past few weeks. he has been dealing with a leak from our flat into the one below, for which he has the responsibility to rectify. he has been caring, sensitive to resident's needs, and simply a delight to deal with...a rare commodity in my experience these days.he has led me through the process, helped me with all questions, courteous when at the property, knowledgeable and has made a difficult problem very bearable. a big thank you to you.

I have rented the same property for 17 years and this year was the test when the 45 year old boiler came to its natural end, I contacted Alex and within couple of weeks, it was sorted, he pushed it through and was helpfu throughout even with my countless calls. Most recently sorted damage caused by heavy rain coming through ceiling and assisted us to get hedge cut. He is on the case and returns calls and emails professionally.

Tenanted my house with H&H of Northampton for 9 years without any real issues, so I thought. When the tenants moved out a final inspection was done however the report stated H&H didn’t have the keys to any windows and the Laundry area so no photos could be taken. Alarm bells should have been ringing by the inspector, but No. Once I received the report I immediately phoned them and asked where the keys were, in the meantime they’d found them so I asked them to finalise the report with the Laundry room added.I was miffed about the professionalism of H&H at this time so I visited the property and to my horror found the Laundry room was mouldy as hell. I was disgusted with H&H in how they could have let this room get so bad. H&H should be ashamed.This is why H&H never wanted me to see the Laundry room in the report.I've still never seen that final report. Disappointing.

Julian Buckenham has been fabulous from beginning to end and has put up with all our neurotic calls and emails! They have been excellent at explaining the processes all the way from offer to completion and always are very quick to respond to calls and emails. We have used Howkins and Harrison for years. They rented out my UK Barn when I moved to Australia and then sold it. We had another rental in Rugby which they then managed and sold recently. Being overseas adds a new dimension as you cannot view the property and rely on accurate feedback and even meter readings. Which we got. Full marks to Helen Thomas for keeping in touch and monitoring the sale on a daily basis and to Robert Eyton-Jones for the overall supervision and the regular phone calls.
