GoogleGood first impressions. Not very helpfully when trying to find a property. Incorrect information when in the chain. Left not hearing any think for months. Very long winded trying to market your property quickly seems to take ages with a lot of phoning up to see why it's taking so long compare to other estate agents.

GoogleGreat service from Mackays in both the sales and rental teams. Both teams were efficient at selling & finding a tenant using very effective & professional marketing to really show the properties off. Would use Adam, Sarah and the team again without a doubt.

GoogleExtremely underwhelming. Put in an offer on a house in Worthing (Poulters Lane), the agent said there was another viewing going on so didn't put the offer to the owner until we chased at 5pm (we put in the offer at 09:10 the same day). They were hedging their bets and hoping for two offers. Turns out they didn't get an offer from the other buyer and the property remains on sale as we retracted our offer the next day as we lost all faith in the agent - everyone loses when the agent isn't worth their salt!

Do not trust this Company. They falsely describe property, in terms of its age and the specific conditions of sale, and when you get their agreement to the fact that they are doing so; they say they are going to change the wording in their marketing brochure - amd one assumes online also ... but they never do! Very underhand practices!!
