Over the past few years they have managed my flat, Helped me to fix it up, saving money with good advice and good contractors. And their engagement with the tenants has been excellent. Now, they have sold my flat and that experience was made as painless as possible by their expertise. They were very patient with issues gaining access and carried out an in depth inspection, as well as providing a thorough report. They went above and beyond during the inspection and were happy to provide very helpful advice following the inspection. I would be very happy to use this company again.

I have dealt with several management organisations in the past, and they all seem to have a very short term view of how to screw the most out of a contact. Torbay Property management, are a welcome and refreshing change to that view. Not only do they do what they say they will, they have occasionally gone out of their way to do the right thing. I highly recommend them.

As I'm sure you can understand, if you are renting a property which we do not manage, unfortunately, we do not have any input or control if you are having problems with your landlord and this review should be for the landlord and not our company. That being said, if you have rented a property from us, to a landlord who doesn't use our managed services, we would be grateful to hear from you, which property/landlord this is, so we can investigate further and know who this is, should they approach us to rent their property again. GoogleI have been using TPM to let and manage 6 flats in Torquay since 2005. They always respond efficiently to any issues that occur and I rarely have any rent payment problems. Re-letting is almost seamless, with very few voids.
