Having valued the property, Lauren completed the details including photos and got our property to market with speed and accuracy meaning we achieved an agreed sale quickly. GoogleDon't go with this incompetent firm. I feel children can do better. Never managed to sell but then sent people over when the contract was up. Made a mistake on sending the same name on 2 different times. Then, was it easy to say we don't want them, no. Contract given, no. 20 weeks to stay on. To top it off, kept leaving my house unlocked!!!! Please, go with someone better. These people are simple

The staff were excellent; from Jon who provided the valuation, to Debbie who provided weekly updates of progress and in the final week a daily progress report until completion. I would highly recommend.

GoogleAfter my property had been languishing on the market for months with another agent, I appointed Taylors instead. Within two weeks they had it under offer at the desired price, and they saw it all the way through to completion. Don't reduce the price or go for gimmicky modern auctions, go to Taylors instead!
