Dear Becks154, Weirdly you are the 3rd person this month to leave us a negative review even though we have no record of ever having any dealings with you. The last two people even lived in another country an and another county. I see from your other review that you do not seem to live in our area either. Negative reviews are not something that happens very often in our company, we move hundreds of people every year and have done for the last 14 years. Our staff have years of experience and our company is ARLA registered. We are lucky enough to have worked with some landlords for the full 14 years. I would ask you to please give the readers more details of your actual reason for giving us 2 stars otherwise we will presume that you are just an internet Troll. We get contacted weekly by companies that offer to take off any negative reviews however we opt to never to do this as we feel the public should have a fair view of a company. We hope that anyone wishing to work with us will look at the 150 reviews we have on our website and we are more that happy to provide references. We look forward to hearing more from who you are and what exactly the issue you have with us is.
