GoogleHaarer & Motts customer service is absolutely disgusting. I made a basic enquiry about a house they are marketing today and was dealt with in an extreamly off hand and rude way. Having looked at their website and branding I wasn't expecting a particularly high level of communicative ability but they really exceeded my expectations. Do yourself a favour, if you are thinking about selling a house, instruct another agent. These guys will drive away potential buyers like me and COST YOU THOUSANDS!

GoogleFrom the moment I entered the Estate Agents they made me feel at ease, they went so far out of there way to help me I wouldn't of been able to get the property i am in if it wasn't for the staff, since then i have contacted them a couple of times for different reasons and they have helped so much with what every i have needed. I personally want to thank you all for being so friendly and helpful.

GoogleAs a buyer and subsequent landlord, I have been continually impressed with the professional level of service from Mr Harding and his crew. From the great communication throughout my purchase of the property to the agency then finding a great tenant. I have now been with them for about a year and I know that my property is in good hands. GoogleVery poor support from the agency..one person from there make the decisions..I get an eviction with no prior e mail or notice to tell me abouted ..just send me the paper looks .very dodge .Lanlord gaven more understands but agency denied to help me ..The others ladies agency worker are very pleasant .

YellDo not trust this company with your property.
I regret having to give one star. I used this company as a management company for my properties. Absolutely awful experience with safety procedures not followed. They are simply money grabbing, want as much as possible and make no effort whatsoever. Do not trust this company with your property would be my advice.

GoogleStaff not very efficient. Too many annoyances and lack of care over the years. This is honest and unbiased review after many years of dealing with them. This company is average at best in every way.

GoogleAs a landlord I am appalled at their lack of professionalism, communication and sheer lack of care. Inspections of my property were not carried out. I would advise other landlords to avoid this company.
