Absolutely worst customer service. Property management team makes you go around everywhere finding what you need even though your property is fully managed, everytime new person is dealing with you case. Bad reference of tenants and you end up paying money to get service from connel.

Absolutely appalling! Slow to respond unless it directly affects them. Utterly poor customer service. We bought a house and were left in a really horrible situation due to negligence and lack of clarity. We will NEVER use Connells again.

We decided to sign up with Connells to sell our first house biggest mistake we have made!!Do not use'n once you have signed they do not care. No chasing the chain, no answering calls and always late leaving the buyers outside the house knocking. Need I say more....

Lacked in customer service even after I requested they try more to keep me informed after viewings,even if no news just an e mail to say they were trying would have been enough. Changed estate agents now and I will never recommend connells to anybody else..

They don't give a specific appointment time for the surveyor to come. I had to take a hole day off work and the guy was only there 5 mins. Very low valuation also, 25% less than two other recent reports by different firms.

Rude customer service, inflexible, they'll only book an appointment the night before and will only call between the hours of 8-2. So difficult to deal with. If I were you I'd find a company that is much easier to do business with.

As a house buyer i would never advise anyone to sell through Connells. I have enquired about three diferent properties with three different branches. Each time there was no one available from the sales team, left my details and was never called back. Absolute waste of time.

A company that is not trustworthy, I have a problem with the recovery of the deposit, despite the fulfillment of all conditions of the contract, Connells avoids the return of the deposit unless it is necessary to visit a lawyer.Stay alert when interacting with Connells.

Rude mortgage advisor birmingham city centre branch accused me of lying about my personal circumstances. So told them il be taking my business elsewhere, like they were bothered anyway but they won't be getting a penny from me.
