GoogleWe have just sold our £500k house in Exmouth through Wilkinson Grant as represented by Tom Folland. They have been excellent throughout the process right from the competitive bidding at the outset when Tom provided a very objective and helpful assessment for the sale. Once on the market the Wilkinson Grant headed by Tom then lined up serious potential buyers and assembled a number of offers from them, ending in a final best bid process. Throughout we received great advice from Tom which was very helpful. After accepting a good offer Tom then over the following few months worked very hard chasing up the whole process and sorting out any issues as they arose. WG is a little more expensive than some other local estate agents but they have achieved a sale for us in a very quick time. The whole house sale process has been handled very professionally with excellent photography and video. My main contact at WG has been Tom Folland and he has always displayed a professional calm manner, even when put under pressure on exchange.
