Don't go anywhere else

I cannot rate Marsh & Parsons in Tooting highly enough. Rather jaded after poor service and experiences with both an online agent and another local agent when trying to sell my property, it was reassuring and a relief to work with John-Paul and his team who delivered on all fronts. Their proactive approach working with other local branches of Marsh & Parsons generated frequent viewings with weekly updates and throughout the sale process they were efficient and professional as well as helpful and supportive, responding promptly to queries and working hard to keep all parties informed.. I only wish I had gone to them in the first place.

Professional and determined

I decided to sell my house in a somewhat ambiguous market time (post brexit and including the summer months). From the offset the team at Marsh and Pearsons were professional, attentive and well informed (without being overly pushy). John Paul and the residential sales team never wavered in their concerted efforts to introduce an impressive number of potential buyers to my property and kept me updated regularly. Once I had accepted an offer, Natasha and John Paul totally rocked the communications with both sets of solicitors and pushed politely but firmly for things to move as quickly as was possible towards a completion date. This experience has restored my faith in the Estate Agency profession. A job well done- thank you!

Hard working and always professional

Recently sold our house in Tooting with Marsh and Parsons. They knuckled down, put the hours in, brought in 25 viewings in 3 weeks, and agreed a sale at a great price. The market was pretty tough at the time, friends of ours placed their house on the market 3 times and had no success. Once the sale was agreed we had problems in the upper chain which they helped to resolve. Part of the reason for writing this review is the stark contrast between the estate agents we were buying from, compared to how professional everyone at Marsh and Parsons is. Due to problems with the upper chain, it might have been more appropriate to let the sale of our house fall through. The contract would have expired with Marsh & Parsons and they would have lost the sale. Estate agents don't have the best image so we were worried Marsh and Parsons would force us down the sale route, but they didn't, they helped us where they could and made a bad situation feel much less pressured. If the sale had fallen through I'm confident in saying that we would have renewed the contract with them anyway.

Excellent experience - would highly recommend

We sold our flat through the Tooting Bec Marsh and Parsons Office in May 2016. The service provided from the initial valuation through to the completion of the sale was excellent. John-Paul and David were very helpful and knowledgeable - they provided sound and honest advice which really helped drive the sale smoothly to completion. A very positive experience with M&P Tooting

It was actually their Brixton branch that found the buyer, supporting their claim at the outset that the property would be promoted from branches beyond Tooting. To be honest I had thought that was just sales talk, but the end result proved me wrong. Viewing levels were healthy, and feedback was excellent. So many agents are terrible about keeping client;'s informed, so this was a big factor for me. An individual mention for David at the Brixton branch for his professionalism throughout, and his skill in persuading buyers searching outside the area to come and view the property. It's that sort of knowledge and skill that differentiates good traditional agents from the plethora of cheap online only agents that are available.

Efficient, professional and honest

M&P sold my house in uncertain market conditions. They were extremely efficient, always providing feedback from prospective buyers on a daily basis along with a weekly round up of the state of the market and viewing levels. I never felt forgotten. They always had time for me to discuss anything I was concerned about. They were professional, honest and supportive at all times. After a buyer was found, they provided an open channel between buyer/seller and their respective solicitors to facilitate a smooth transaction. They are everything an estate agent should be but sadly seldom are. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tooting Branch of Marsh and Parsons Sales Team Recommendation

The team at the Tooting branch of Marsh and Parsons successfully sold my property near to Tooting Bec tube station in April of 2017. Right though the process, from the initial evaluation though to handing the keys over on the day of completion, the whole team were very professional, offered excellent advice at a number of stages along the process, and kept me up to date at all times. Selling or buying a property can be a stressful time to say the least, but the team at Marsh and Parsons did everything they could to make the process run as smoothly as possible, resulting in an excellent outcome.
