GoogleOn different occasions I rang to enquire about properties to rent, always hostile and unhelpful trying to rush me on the phone or refer me back to endless application forms . Similar behaviour when I was interested in buying a property they had up for sale 3 years ago, rang them and within 15s they rushed the end of the phone call. When application forms sent, never got a courtesy call, email or text message. Unlikely to contact them ever again.

GoogleAbsolutely RUDE and unprofessional. Phoned to check if there were any offers in on a property and the woman that answered was outright ignorant. Asked my name, fair enough... Then phone number. I asked sorry why are you needing these details and she was so cheeky back and stated "well why are you withholding your number??? I said excuse me?? She then even more cheekily said it again! I asked what business is that of yours, and no one else has ever asked me that. She tried then hanging up and I explained I was phoning from work and I stated that before going to view this property it may not be worth it if there is an offer in above the price I was willing to pay and its never been a problem with any other agents I have phoned!! You need to go get some social skills and learn how to speak to potential buyers! I feel sorry for any property owners using this agent to represent them and to be honest not the first time I have heard this! Ps. Plenty of people withhold their numbers for various reasons, and I get it in work all the time. If I need those details I explain to them first why that is. Maybe try that.NegativeProfessionalism
