We have no idea who this review is from - certainly not a current or ex-customer of Martin & Co. The reviewer leaves no comment relating to their experience with Martin & Co as they have never used our services. We believe this to be a friend of a disgruntled ex- tenant who is aiming to lower our ratings. We don't mind criticism when it is due, but in this case, we know this review has been orchestrated by a particular person with a vendetta.

Not sure who Lucy Routhe is - certainly not a current or ex-customer of Martin & Co. I assume a friend of a disgruntled ex- tenant who is aiming to lower our ratings. We don't mind criticism when it is due, but in this case we know this review is from a particular person with a vendetta. Come into the office and let's talk about it.
