Would definitely recommend these guys. Used both Martin & Co Croydon and Streatham for our flats. Property management services work perfectly fine for us too. Very reasonable compared to some of these other sharks. Great guys!

GoogleGreat family business in Tonbridge. I have been using M&Co to manage my rental property since 2015. They have been very efficient and are always on hand to address any issue there may be with tenants or give really useful advice.

The company "Don't have the capabilities for digital viewings" - I know even after covid!AND they won't rent without a physical viewing of the property - This makes it impossible for young professionals moving to work from other parts of the UK to rent through this company.

Derby! Avoid using this agency!! Scammed out of our holding deposit, refusing to return the money after they withdrew our application, Goodlord app they use is also a waste of time and trying to get hold of managers is impossible! Terrible company.

The worst agency ever! Don't use them ever. They don't care about tenants issue. Don't listen at all. No need to help. Just focused on money. We meant to move and on the same day of moving they said that we have to wait one more day. When everything we had ready to move. They are no professional at all. Everything in the rush.

We are not sure who Scott is, however if he would like to contact us direct we would be more than happy to discuss why he is so unhappy. The return of a tenant's deposit is governed by law, and all deposits collected by this agency are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service.It is not possible for an agent or a landlord to access a tenant's deposit without the agreement of the tenant. Moreover disagreements regarding proposed deductions can and are resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) - a free and independent service.

HARBORNE BIRMINGHAM BRANCH. Terrible scammers, terrible for tenants, terrible for landlords. Poor communication. No common sense. Simply trying to fleece you as much as they can. Unable to get my deposit due to them trying to get a quote for cracked freezer drawers so old they aren't made anymore, freezer was in bits when I moved in, refused to relay communication to landlord. AVOID.

Have had an amazing experience with Martin and co in the Winchester branch. We are all students looking to find a house for the first time and the team were absolutely amazing. Really friendly but always professional, would really recommend them. They were very quick at responding and arranging viewings for housing and helped make the whole process very clear and somewhat enjoyable.

I have recently got on to Martin and co about a property that they let the tenants are not cutting their hedge and it’s out of control and they are not doing anything about the problem instead of dealing with it you end up getting cheeky emails back from them worst company I had to deal with shocking reponce from them

We rented from Martin and Co in Leeds. Initially the process was great but when the property had problems they did not want to know. They even hid details in the contract, in regards to electricity suppliers that caused us issues in the long run.

We have no idea who this review is from, although we now know that this is a friend of a disgruntled ex- tenant who is aiming to lower our ratings. We don't mind criticism when it is due, but in this case, we know this review has been orchestrated by a particular person with a nasty vendetta.

Very friendly staff always answering my questions and happy to help. Great customer service keeping in contact with me via the phone and not completely spamming my emails.Very good service.

Beware beware beware We left the property last month Crewe due to end of contract after two year and we cleaned the property hiring outside help however they deducted most of deposit. Customer service is horrendous and the employees don't bother nor respect for tenants. once the money being paid then they don't care. PLEASE AVOID THEM

Very Bad experience.They will be never available to help any issues with the house. After multiple followup's they will help to resolve the issues. (Minimum 2 weeks time to Maximum 6 months).

Our offices always try to resolve any problems at the property as quickly as possible but unfortunately are often held up by issues out of their control as also have to liaise with the Landlord and contractors.
