Dear Florian It is with disappointment that we have received your rating as it is always our aim to provide an excellent service. We have been unable to locate any record of a person with your name having been a buyer, seller, landlord or a tenant. If you have been or currently are one of our customers, it would be greatly appreciated if you would contact our Customer Relations department on 01702 540 802 to provide us with more information. We value feedback from our customers and therefore look forward to hearing from you.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
