GoogleOne word to describe the service here...Shocking!! Calls not returned, always having to ring them to chase for updates and to ensure they are proceeding with the next step in the process, customer improvement plan required.
Dear Mr Otto. Customer service is very important to Ward & Partners and I can only apologise for any shortfall in the service you received from Snodland office on this occasion. The branch manager accepts that due to staffing issues at that time communication was not always as regular as it normally would be. The problem has since been fully resolved and we hope that your experience will not deter you from contacting us again.

Found a tenant within a few days which was good. Was reliable with communciation and answering any questions I had. My only critique was that I specified no smoking and no pets, and was told that this criteria had been met, however later turned out that the tenant smoked and had a pet.
