Chasing me for fees for a property I sold 3 months ago, despite them telling me what I needed to pay as part of the ridiculously expensive management pack from them and HLM property. Shambles, said would call me and then claimed my phone wasn’t taking calls, got pretty much zero response unless I emailed the managers and never got through on the phone.

FacebookLSH are utterly awful - and have given no care for the safety of residents in my block. At one point we had a broken front door for 3 weeks and bins constantly blocking another fire exit - leaving only 1 left. Wholly incompetent and almost NEVER reply to emails without resending 5 times....A dreadful company who MASSIVELY overcharge and don't care at all about their customers.

CAUTION! DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR AUCTION!Extremely disappointed! Do not use their 574.co.uk auction services! All they want is just take your services charge, nothing else! You won't get the thing even though you win the auction! But you still need to pay their so call admin fee! Absolutely Irresponsible! Don't waste your money and time on them!

LSH are the managing agent for my block of apartments. They supply no communication and do not respond to mine or my neighbours simple queries. They are being paid by us residents but have no respect for them. It is bad practice and very disappointing from such a large organisation. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
