GoogleWhat a fantastic experience it has been using Weldon and Edwards, Dean and his colleagues Charlie and Chloe excelled them selves in being as efficient and helpful as possible allowing the sale of my property to go smoothly and easily. I would highly recommend using these agents for whatever scale of property you wish to sell.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant from start to finish. Knowledgeable and professional. The team is very efficient, regular updates and no need to chase as they are on the case already! Great communication between client and solicitors. Set backs dealt with quickly and positively. I can not recommend Welden & Edwards enough, my number one choice.

FacebookI found Welden Edwards to be very inflexible in terms of letting to us in an unusual but risk-free set of circumstances. Basically we gave up trying to rent from them as it was clear they weren’t going to help us. Sad, because previously we had let our own property out with them as agents for many years.

Not only is this dynamic duo helpful and patient, but they are darn nice people too ! A well deserved 5 Stars for Welden & Edwards.

GoogleAfter being tenant for 7 years, I am assuming they will swiftly return my deposit when I moved out. However they took 6 months with many unreply emails and phone calls to get my deposit back. I'm very disappointed with their service

Google, Did not reply to e mails or phone calls , were late or once had a meeting double booked , not helpful and not a very good phone manner to say the least . That's my experience , not a good one

GoogleThey messed me and my partner around one minute saying We got the house and the next saying we haven’t after we had set a date and brought most of our furniture. Wont be going to this estate agents again!
