We have just completed the sale of our home with Seddons. Having also purchased it 3 years ago through Seddons it made sense to choose them again when we listed it. From the get go they were professional, friendly and helpful. Their responses to any queries we had at any stage were always prompt and thorough (special thanks to Sue who was our main point of contact). We would recommend Tiverton Seddons to anyone looking to list their home, and we will certainly be using them again in the future (although not too soon hopefully!). We are in the process of moving to the Tiverton area and Seddons was one of the estate agents we visited as part of our house hunt. Charity was on the case straight away and even sent us off to our first viewing straight from the office as Shaun was at a new property taking the photographs for it's brochure. I cannot praise this team enough, cheerful, friendly, and I am sure the most professional team in town. Charity really makes you feel quite confident that Seddons will be the ones who find your perfect home. Although we have ended up buying a property through a nearby branch, we might not have even looked at the house if it hadn't been proudly displaying a Seddons "For Sale" sign. If we ever move house again we will definitely sell it through Seddons!

Thank you to Clare, Georgina and Rob for their excellent service in selling our home. From making our first enquiry, Rob popped out quickly and provided a valuation. From excepting their services the house was on the market extremely quickly. We used Max's virtual tour service which was very well done and well worth it. The process of viewings were made easy and Clare's help in keeping all parties up to date was great! My wife and I recently sold our house through Seddons. Due to complications in the chain, we actually had to sell the house 3 times! At all times, Seddon's were professional, helpful, and generally a pleasure to work with. Since they sold our house three times - never taking more than two weeks! - they more than earned their very reasonable fee, but on top of that the agents (special thanks to Lisa) were always incredible with chasing up solicitors and agents up and down the chain, working so well with the agent for our onward purchase to extract info from further up the chain. Seddons were also really helpful when our third buyer required advice, which they provided. We particularly valued their clear and unambiguous communications and, where appropriate, advice - and their patience with our ridiculously convoluted onward purchase situation! I will never rent with seddons again we had them just to set up the tenancy and do the inventory in and out moving in seddons was more than helpful and could not do enough to help but at the end of the tenancy everything was a problem for them. Our tenancy stated no painting apparently that means you can paint just can't change colours. My most concerning problem is thay do valuations seddons could not value a curtain pole let alone a house and I mean that very literally apparently a incomplete curtain pole is worth the same as a complete one. I will never be using seddons again.

We found a property, by chance on the internet which seemed to fit all our needs and was priced within our budget. On being contacted the agent, Dan Barclay of Seddons was extremely accommodating and sensing our sincere desire to view urgently made efforts contact the owner who agreed to support a viewing later the same day. On visiting the property we found that the agents introductory pamphlet was 100% accurate and fell in love with the place. Unfortunately for various reasons we were unable to proceed and regrettably had to pass this news to both the owner and Mr Barclay. From the initial good advice about marketing our property right through to the final couple of rather stressful weeks before exchange, their service was excellent.
