We met Ollie at property & even tho he was not familiar with it as GTH had squeezed an appointment in for us. He was generally very knowledgeable & extremely competent made us feel at ease answered all our queries as best he could. I put in an offer there & then. We approached GTH to sell our house after a previously unsuccessful attempt. The local manager Ollie provided a very sensible valuation. Upon listing, the viewings were carried out professionally manner, eventually securing a buyer in what has been a challenging market. We became part of a chain of 13 houses and 14 vendors, ( a company record) a potential nightmare. However careful management of the chain by Ollie and another agent resulted in completion 4months after we found the buyer. I am certain that this was in no doubt part due to the strenuous efforts of GTH staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI am currently a tenant and this is the first time I have ever rented with my partner. From the start of the process including viewing, I have been dealt with by Chloe. To begin the process she was very professional, polite and welcoming with the viewing. She kept in contact via email through every step to help put my mind at ease. She even took time out of her day to email to advise us of little things such as the washing machine being removed or there being an extra bin. I knew exactly where we were in the process and had an email anytime there was a change such as been approved. These may seem like such little things but they really do have an impact so I am grateful for her time. Chloe was very thorough with taking photos of the whole house before we moved in which is great to have piece of mind regarding the deposit. I was also met at the property the morning of collecting the keys which again seems like such a little thing but was so so helpful in meaning that I didn’t have to drive around trying to find your offices, parking, then driving back to the house especially when moving day can be very time restricted. She went through everything in detail, answered all my questions and just has been great. Even now, she is replying to my emails and queries so quickly and has resolved any issues so efficiently. I am so thankful to Chloe for making this process as easy as she could and always going the extra mile. I definitely recommend using GTH!

Proactive, professional, friendly. Having tried another agent for 6 months, we switched to GTH and very soon - after paying extra for professional photos - the viewings started coming and continued to happen on a regular basis until a sale was agreed. This was largely due to proactive mailing of people on their database. I've used GTH previously for this reason, so was happy that this aspect of their service remains and genuinely makes a difference. But arguably it was the after-sales support that was even more important. Our chain was not proactive in communicating but thankfully GTH were - an absolutely vital part of the service, without which our chain would have collapsed and we would not have moved.

They were ok once we had an offer accepted. However they wouldn’t let us view the house as another family we’re considering if they wanted to buy it. Even though it was our second viewing. I had to find the owner through her job an email direct. Me and the owner basically did everything else direct. So not sure it was worth the money they had to pay them really. But as I say, they were responsive towards the end of the process
