We just bought our first home through Boatwrights, after being on the hunt for almost a year. Dan, Laura and the whole team are truly wonderful. They are lovely to work with, professional and supportive and, act with the upmost integrity. Despite being the buyer (and therefore not their client), the team have been extremely helpful throughout our house search. They would proactively let me know if anything was coming on the market that would be of interest and really understood what we were looking for. Great news if you're a seller as they clearly cultivate good buyers ready for when properties come on the market. They also take the time to properly understand the needs of both the buyer and the seller and conduct themselves with sensitivity to make the sure sale process is as smooth as it can be. Completely recommend Boatwrights, everyone I've spoken to at the branch has offered fantastic customer service. What should have been a very straight forward transaction, ended up having complications (no fault to Boatwrights). Had I not had Daniel to speak to I may no longer be sane! I was given updates as soon as he had them for me, gave me great advice and insight into something I'd never done before which made everything so much easier. If you're looking to buy or sell, especially for the first time - Daniel and Boatwrights would be the right choice for sure!
