Highly recommend Jonathan Gleeson. He sold a house for me in record time. He was very professional. When there were multiple people interested in viewing the property, he organised the viewings the same day, each viewing immediately after the other. He kept me updated on all matters and was very punctual on any occasion that necessitated a meeting. I would recommend him to whoever is looking to buy or sell a house.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I recently sold my Property with Sherry Fitzgerald Gleeson steered by Jonathan and his team. I couldn't recommend him enough. From the initial consultation stage to the final close of sale his professionlism, knowledge of the market , his clear communication at all times and understanding was invaluable. He and his team especially Éamon also made the entire process as stress free as possible even through these very uncertain times, I always felt we were in safe hands with this genuine team. I would highly recommend the team to anyone who may be in the market in the future. Continued success to you all in Sherry Fitzgerald Gleeson.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

My partner and I just purchased our first home through Sherry Fitzgerald Gleeson and we both highly recommend them. Jonathan was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. As first time buyers he guided through the process of buying our new home through the tough times of lockdowns during Covid-19 and all of the social distancing measures were in place. Jonathan was very responsive to any queries we had from start to finish! They most definitely made the whole experience alot easier.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Pleasure to work with

Bought a house in the area recently through Linda Christopher at Sherry Fitz in Gorey and for her part the process could not have gone smoother. Always responsive and ready to clear up details or follow up on a question, and always attentive to both vendor and buyer to help facilitate the process. Absolute pleasure to work with

Had a great experience with these, very helpful and delight to deal with. Jerri-ann was very polite friendly and a joy to speak with and John was lovely and answered any questions we had and if he didn't know he went and found out and got back to us.

We worked with Jonathan on the sale of our property in Thurles town and we found him to be thoroughly professional throughout the sale. From start to finish he provided us with great advice and demonstrated a solid understanding of the market at the time. We were very pleased with the services provided including some excellent advertising features in the local paper, along with the exemplary website pictures. We were also very happy that when the sale was agreed the property completed within a few weeks thanks to the diligence of Jonathan, and other parties involved. Overall we found Gleeson’s service to be of high quality and substance, and worthy of future recommendation.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

I can't thank the team at Sherry Fitzgeralds enough when buying our first home. The level of professionalism from the beginning of the process of buying our home to closing was 5/5. Special thanks to our agent Eamon who was with us every step of the way, and with the bumps along the way he explained everything with openness and care, understanding our first time buyers anxiety. He was in constant communication with all parties involved and no doubt helped the process speed up. We a grateful for the service we received and delighted with the results. I can't recommend this service and team enough. Thanks!

From the moment we met John gleeson we knew we had a professional. He put us at such ease and explained everything in detail. We knew we had made the right choice to avail of his services to sell our property. We then met our other agent eamon ryan and as a professional myself I was so impressed by him. From the first time we met him until the moment of sale he kept us informed of absolutely everything. Even if he had no news for us he would still keep in touch informing us he was working tirelessly on our behalf. Even the personal messages after the sale made us feel warm and cared for. It was such a professional job I have so much respect for both John and eamon. I would also like to add the office staff who were always courteous and polite with evey phone call or viewing booking. I would recommend sherry fitzgerald gleeson to anyone looking to sell a property. Thanks again John and eamon it was a pleasure to do business with you. Brendan Sheridan

Rachel Cooney Sherry FitzGerald Financial Services

Rachel is amazing! She completely took the stress out of buying my own home. I was well informed at all times of what needed to happen to move through each stage of the mortgage process, the expected timeframes and how to minimise potential pitfalls.Rachel is a top class broker with great product knowledge of all the products each lender and life insurer offer. The features and benefits of each product were super well laid out so it was easy to see which lender, rate and insurance were the best for me to go with. I'm grateful for all her help throughout and her colleague Jane's help at the later stages for drawdown and would recommend anyone to apply for a mortgage through her.

I rented a house with my ex girlfriend, unfortunately we broke up. She contacted the real estate because I was leaving the house to include another person in the contract, they made an agreement with my ex to pay only her part because they will sell the house in 2 months. After this they decided to try to find some excuse for don't pay back complaining about the mattresses, luckily we had pictures to prove was so bad. Later on was excuses about don't have acess to his father account because he passed way. An huge company should not support this kind of things.
