We initially made contact with Sherry Fitzgerald Thurles Tipperary in 2021. We met with Jonathan Gleeson then. For different reasons we decided not to proceed with selling our home at that time. But due to the very favourable impression that Jonathan left in 2021, we made contact with him again in March 2025 and we asked him to manage the sale of home. We signed contracts, and Eamon Ryan at Sherry Fitzgerald Thurles organised the photographing of our property and he arranged the viewings of our property. Eamon is excellent to deal with. He is very professional, efficient and very personable. He took time to explain the nuances of the sales process - so at all times we were aware of what was needed to be done. The entire sales process took approximately 4 months - from first listing to sale closure. As an investor,developer and home owner I am hugely impressed by Liz Ryan of Sherry Fitzgerald's Phibsborough branch. I am more knowledgeable than most about the property market so can speak with experience and say that she is one of the best agents in the city. Liz is honest, professional, incisive, informative and empathic. She has a great knowledge of the Dublin 7 market. She offers no false hopes in order to get the business and is spot on in her predictions. She appeals to both buyers and sellers. As a seller I am impressed at how well she relates to buyers, always keeping all bidders on board, as often the highest bidder may pull out. When it happened in my case Liz assured me in her calm manner that it wasn't going to be an issue. I was especially impressed by the sensitivity Liz showed in selling the family home after my mother's death. Liz has handled two sales for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.

Long-Term Tenants - Excellent Service

We were tenants of a Sherry Fitz property for almost 7 years, and were always happy with how they handled our inquiries. They were also very helpful when it came to us moving out, and accommodated us when we needed to change the date. SF also returned our deposit promptly. Incidentally, Paul, who was responsible for conducting the intermittent inspections, was an absolute delight!
