So refreshing to deal with enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Rachael was fantastic on the phone and left a great first impression. Poppy came to do the valuation and was really took time to discuss everything and again had the knowledge and was prepared fully. They put themselves out for viewings etc where others estate agents make little effort to accommodate a date a time you need. I will 100% be using these girls. Brilliant 👏

From my first initial call to enquire about the property to completion and moving in, Natalie has been nothing but helpful, professional, thorough and proactive ensuring everything was done as quickly as physically possible so we could get moved in to our first home without hassle. I was struggling to find a house and Emma Dyson was so helpful and friendly.She made the process so much easier and was always by the phone and returned my calls the same day, I was kept updated with information and felt like she would help as much as she could. I had not received the time and help with any other agent like I did with Entwistle Green. I would highly recommend 👌

GoogleWe recently asked Liam if we could view a property in Cleveleys and after apologising to say the property had been temporarily removed from the market he suggested we view another in a similar category. He suggested a convenient time and he duly met us at the property on the same day and showed us around. As soon as my wife and I entered the house we new it was the one for us and duly made an offer that was accepted. We had seen the house on line and for some unknown reason we dismissed it. Had it not been for Liam suggesting and going out of his way to make the viewing possible we might still be looking. Liam is as far as we are concerned a very professional young man who after negotiating the sale has kept us informed regarding ongoing events and is a credit to the company.

I arrived in Warrington in January knowing nobody in the city. Searching a flat online did not help a lot. Walking by entwistle green i decided to enter and ask for more info! Luckily Mrs Dora Seimeni was there who was more than helpful. After she showed me some flats in the city, indecided to review one. Dora could not be more helpful really, she explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand how the bills work, how to accommodate etc. being totally new in the country knowing nothing, i m thankful that i found her. Entwistle Green as well was immediately next to me when something needed to be fixed in my flat! 5 stars, can’t recommend enough both the agency and my agent Dora.

Me and my wife traveled over an hour to view a house, when we arrived the agent lied and said he had sent her a voicemail stating that he had not recieved keys and that the viewing was off, nobody called her phone and they couldnt care less about their customers.. extremely unprofessional

Awful experience would not use again. I dealt with Gary Trappe at the Burnley branch. He valued our property for £15,000 more than it was sold for at auction where we had felt pressured to sell. Apart from the initial contact to sign the contract I never heard from him again even though he had been kept in the loop via email communication with the suction company - I am sold. It was particularly misleading and deceptive as we had signed a contract less than a month ago with him and there had been no mention of the valuation price changing and certainly not by that much. Either the valuation price had deliberately been set high to entice us or they hadn’t pushed the sale. We ended up making a loss of £15,000 using them and their auction company. They care about getting their fees paid and they really don’t care to make you the maximum from the sale. To that end they do the bare minimum. I would not use again because they don’t consider your best interest only their own.

My experience was very poor when using them for selling property via Flyp. They did not respond promptly to the buyers when their colleague was on leave and no one covered that colleague's work/monitored the email. The deal was nearly fell through because of it!

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of using Entwistle Green to find a new home. This is something you don’t often hear regarding estate agents who the public often slate. Entwistle are a refreshing change. Their staff are their biggest asset, friendly, upbeat, professional and above all efficient. I didn’t experience the usual hanging on the phone, and was proactively contacted. Sadly I was unable to find the dream home with them and had to purchase with another agent. That said I can certainly recommend them to prospective purchasers. Many thanks for a great service.

Our landlord works with Entwistle Green and, to be clear, we have no issue with the landlord himself. He was very fair, confirmed from the beginning that we had left the property in excellent condition, and approved the full return of our deposit.

TrustpilotAbsolutely shocking company to sell…
Absolutely shocking company to sell your house with, never keep you in the loop about your house and you have to constantly ring them for updates, tell you there’s nothing they can do to help boost your homes selling, and charged over £5,000 to sell the house as they don’t let you come out the contract as they put in the clause if you cancel and the house sells within 12 weeks they will still charge the £5,400 fee, disgusting company.

If i could give minus 1 star i would, especially for the business in saint Anne’s, very prejudiced and judgy, i am a wealthy man and when inquiring about a property to rent to the snotty woman in charge of rental properties she immediately told me all properties are not available, such a horrible character trait to have.
