I was having a really hard time finding a place to rent, with a pressing time frame to move I was getting very worried. I viewed a property and had Shaunie showing me around, we had a little chat about how hard it is for people to rent at the moment and she gave me some really good advice. Since being confirmed for a property Shaunie has been incredible. Keeping me informed the whole time and happy for me to call and answer any queries I have. Very quick at responding. We had such an amazing experience and this was because of one lovely lady called Sharon. From the moment we viewed the property, to putting in an offer, then purchasing the property it was a smooth transition. Sharon was always attentive, sharing every step of the process and her communication skills were excellent. We were extremely comfortable in her abilities to handle all the paperwork and ensure the lines of communication went smoothly between ourselfs and our seller. We would recommend this company the Thetford branch BUT in particular we would highly recommend Sharon. Thanks again.

PLEASE STEER WELL CLEAR!!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've had your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket. PLEASE STEER CLEAR, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!

As a tenant this is the worst rental agency I've ever dealt with - expected more from such a big name

As a tenant this is the worst rental agent I've ever dealt with. 1) Difficult to get in touch with - they hardly ever answer the phone. 2) The property was dirty when we moved in, no inventory provided. 3) The property was managed by Sequence Ltd who have provided a very disappointing service - early on we were told (via a phone call and after several weeks of us asking) to arrange for repair of a maintenance issue ourselves and that this could be deducted off our rent afterwards, and that the landlord had instructed this. We never received the refund, they said because they didn't have records of that instruction. Several staff members had started then left during our tenancy which didn't help (we were there for 6 months). 4) We are now having to contact Tenancy Deposit Scheme to get our deposit back relating to a different issue, mostly due to our inadequate landlord who it seems is trying to claim a random amount of money anywhere he might get away with it (we left the property in a cleaner state than when we arrived to try to avoid any possible excuses for deduction from deposit). Sequence Ltd doesn't appear to know about or be bothered about the law and tenant's rights.

This Morning I had Ollie Aston attend my flat for an annual inspection. He was on time as agreed. He took photos for Landlord and was a very pleasant with his customer communication during the visit. I would not trust these people

I would not trust these people, I emailed them to arrange a viewing on a tenanted property, no contact, after a couple of days I called them to arrange a viewing for same property, straight away the sales person tried steering me to another property instead, but I held firm, they said they would get back to me with an appointment, they never did, it’s now sold. They have preferred investors waiting in the background, other sectors would not get away with it.

We had a great experience with the leasing team, Lauren and Aaron, at WHB Estate Agents Thetford. We moved from the US to the UK and they helped make the big transition a little easier by helping us secure a place we really love. Lauren took my initial calls. I noted that she was very organized, keeping lines of communication between us, the agency, and the landlord open and clear. Aaron met us to walk through the house and we completed the closing paperwork with him. He is very personable and made sure we had everything needed to get the job done. It was a great experience!

All I can say is they are shocking

All I can say is they are shocking. They have a brilliant sales pitch to get you hook on using them to sell your property then once you agree the service they provide goes downhill from there. 99% of the viewings are time wasters as they are not vetted before viewing that they are even interested or proceedable to purchase. They promise open house viewing days but have never once done anything like that. Communication is poor and I'm always chasing them for everything. You get sent offers you accept them then they say the buyer has lowered their offer will you accept it.
