I can't recommend Lauren Spinks and Aaron Bullent of William Brown, Thetford highly enough. Their professionalism and dedication to me as their client was apparent from the offset.  They have guided me through the whole process of renting out my property, answering my many questions with unwavering patience. Their communication is second to none and their knowledge and attention to detail helped with finding a tenant for my property.  All transactions were dealt with in an efficient prompt manner and I was constantly kept informed. I cannot recommend Lauren and Aaron highly enough they work hard to follow up all enquiries and I feel fortunate that they are now my management team.

We purchased a house working with Grace from WHB. Despite numerous problems from our buyer and our buyer's buyer, Grace worked hard to keep us up to date with what was going on, liaising with our agent, solicitor and us to try and get things running smoothly. Grace did a great job showing us round, explaining the area (we aren't from Norfolk orignally) and helping us decide if the house was right for us. She wasn't pushy or annoying like some agents we have seen elsewhere and just seemed keen to make sure it was the right place and right decision for us. I was the winning bidder for the…

I was the winning bidder for the property and, following the auction which ibs iamsold I was taking steps to arrange the required mortgage documentation and obtain my Agreement in Principle (AIP). There was initially some delay because I later became aware that the relevant person was away on holiday. Importantly, the auctioneer instructed me by telephone to wait until I had obtained my AIP before paying the Reservation Fee. I relied on this instruction and understood that I was following the process as advised by the auctioneer. At no point was I informed that my winning bid had been cancelled and was sold .I only became aware of this when I followed up with the agent yesterday and was told that the property had already been offered to the second bidder. I am therefore concerned that the property was offered to another bidder without giving me any prior notice or opportunity to proceed, particularly when I had been following the auctioneer’s specific instruction regarding the Reservation Fee. I acted in good faith throughout the process and relied on the information and instructions provided to me by the auctioneer. I did not withdraw my bid or indicate that I was unwilling or unable to proceed. I feel really frustrated about this , no proper communication.

The property and home information was posted online quickly with viewing appointments being sent to my mobile, I was kept informed through out. Currently going through the house buying process, and we've been dealing with Grace Walters who has been absolutely brilliant. She's friendly and informative, and has got back to my (many!) queries quickly and clearly. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy, she was great suggesting other properties for us when the first one we looked at was sold. I also highly recommend Ruarai McMahon for getting your mortgage and insurances sorted - really easy to talk to, he's walked us through the mortgage application process with patience and good humour. He also really knows his stuff and has helped us get the payments down. We had spoken to others and none of them actually offered any kind of advice or suggestions on anything, whereas Ruarai suggested multiple options with which would be best for us.

Working with the letting team here is like a dream come true. Lauren and Aaron have been incredible from the word go! They know everything and have even advised me on changes coming up next month which I knew nothing about. I have always managed my own properties but now I feel safe leaving these guys to do it for me.
