GoogleFosters estate agents are a small but perfectly formed agency. We first encountered them when we purchased our house in Aldershot 7 years ago and we used them again recently when we came to sell that same house. They were the only company that had the vision and conviction to value and sell the house for its true worth. Both Jamie and Simon are friendly and professional. Most importantly they are good at communicating with you, something that is essential for one of the most stressful times of your life!

GoogleI had never heard of Fosters estate agents until stumbling across one of their properties on Rightmove. We were booked in very quickly for a viewing and Rob met us at the property. It became quickly clear that Rob is experienced, and is very good at what he does. He was open, honest and made us feel very welcome. It was unlike any of the other 8 viewings we had done using other agents. The buying process wasn't always smooth but throughout it all Rob and Jamie at Fosters were the two people I could actually trust and rely on. They were always there to answer questions, give advice and help reassure me. It felt like they were always on my side, helping do everything they could to get me into my first house. I have been extremely pleased with the service that they have delivered and would both recommend them and will definitely look to use them again in the future.

GoogleI sold my property through Fosters. Not only was their rate competitive but the service is excellent. Robert and Jamie are of the old school, in the best possible way. These are experienced guys who know the area intimately and are realistic and trustworthy, nothing like the pushy and insincere stereotype with which estate agents are associated. Communication is top-notch and nothing is ever too much trouble. Jamie was able to draw on a variety of contacts to help iron out problems with the sale. As I said before, you are dealing with people who have an established local reputation. Recommended.

GoogleAugust 2021. Another successful sale by Fosters. Great effort, thank you. 2017 - Using Fosters Estate Agents in Aldershot, I have sold two properties, bought one and let another in the last few years. Jamie Grist of Fosters, was always professional and courteous. He is well organised and informative. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was always made to feel like a valued customer. The personal touch and excellent customer service mean I have no hesitation in recommending Fosters All of the transactions progressed well, and Jamie even seemed to be able to get the solicitors to perform in a timely manner.

GoogleRecently brought a Flat through Fosters and couldn’t recommend them enough! The Estate Agents were extremely honest during the viewings and then remained in contact until the purchase was completed. They were constantly there helping to chase up solicitors on either side and helping to explain the process and why it was taking so long! When it comes to moving on will definitely go through Fosters!!

As stressful as the process was, it's likely our move would have collapsed if it wasn't for Simon's efforts to keep all parties on track - while the other estate agents and solicitors in our chain went out of their way to frustrate the process, he was proactive in finding solutions. If you're considering selling your home, I'd be wary of estate agents who don't manage the sale in-house and farm it out to a sales progression department. Finding a buyer is the easy part - it's what happens afterwards that will determine if you eventually move home, or not. With that, I can heartily recommend Fosters.

GoogleJamie was really supportive during the sale of our house and did everything to push the sale through which was successful. He was available to talk to either by e-mail or phone and was so helpful without being pushy. If Jamie was not in the office then Rob his colleague was also proactive. I have no hesitation in recommending Fosters if you need an estate agent.
